Acoustical Enclosure For Punch Press

Heavy machines that generate a lot of noise and vibration need special protective enclosures. We design acoustic enclosures with scientific precision according to the specification of the punch press or machine. We pay special attention to minute details ensuring perfection to the last screw. The acoustic enclosure for punch press is intended to meet the ISO 14001 norms for environment. These norms are meant to protect the environment from the harmful effects of high levels of noise.

Our acoustic enclosures are designed to be modular. They are built with panels which makes it easy to open up and get access to the equipment for repair and maintenance, to place the industrial machinery in the enclosure or remove it from the enclosure. All the panels are removable including the door panels and the window panels.

The walls of the acoustic enclosure have been constructed with 100mm thick panels which are sound rated. This is with special consideration to the heavy industrial machines that will be encased and to get maximum noise reduction to keep it below the noise permissible limit.
